總統蔡英文20日執政滿2周年，台灣民意基金會公布最新民調，針對蔡英文聲望，有39.2%滿意領導國家的方式，47.6%不贊同；對於蔡英文執政2周年的分數，平均為52.61分，相較於去年52.41分，雖看似略有上升，但都是不及格的分數。
台灣民意基金會民調希望受訪者替蔡英文兩年來的執政表現打分數，並以0到100來表示，0分表示成績最差，100分表示成績最好，60分表示及格。根據統計結果發現，0-49分占26.2%；50-59分占19%；剛好60分占24.6%；61-79占10.9%；80分以上占14.6%；不知道/拒答占4.7%。約45.2%民眾打出60以下的分數、約25.5%的人打出高於60以上的分數。

從平均數的角度來看，這次全民給蔡英文2年來施政表現的成績是52.61分，是一個不及格的分數；這跟全民給蔡英文第一年施政表現總平均分數52.41，將近完全一樣。台灣民意基金會董事長游盈隆認為，今年的執政分數雖沒更低於早前的分數，但透過約略的比較也顯示出，蔡英文這一年來的表現應無帶給民眾認同感。
不過，游盈隆說，就學校常規而言，52.41分是活當，不是死當；這顯示台灣人雖對蔡英文2年來執政表現不滿意，但仍未放棄，仍願再給她一次補考的機會。
游盈隆也提醒，換個角度看，有50.1%的人給蔡英文2周年執政表現打及格分數，看起來似乎仍是不錯的成績，不過也有近半數人打不及格分數，蔡英文仍需警惕。
此份民調調查期間為5月14、15兩天，使用電訪方式，有效樣本1071人，抽樣誤差質在95%信心水準下約正負2.99個百分點。
